An Interview with psychologist, Dr. Ed Jedlicka
Stress and anxiety seem to be universal problems for people these days...finally, something we all can agree on! Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor, Dr. Ed Jedlicka (also know as Jody's amazing husband) joins Rachel and Jody to take a deeper look at your body's response and reaction to stress and ways we can use that knowledge to circumvent the process and sabotage stress from within.
While this is not your typical fluffy discussion about self-care techniques, Dr. Ed does share some great practical information for recognizing your anxiety and stopping it in its tracks. He calls it being aware of your red zone and yellow zone and figuring out how to get back to your green zone--your happy place!
