Write out a "joy list". This should include things that make you happy and bring you joy. Review your list often and make a point of appreciating when those things occur. Make a point of doing more of the things that bring you happiness.
Sit with a friend, significant other or just by yourself. Write out a list of goals. Think big and be specific. Finish this sentence, "If everything was perfect, my life would look like..."
