Instead of setting New Year’s Resolutions this year, Jody and Rachel both chose "themes" to focus on in an effort to change our attitude and perspective about one area of our lives. In this episode, we give you a monthly update about our progress on how we’re approaching and living those themes on a day-to-day basis. We encourage you to follow along and share updates about your own word or theme for the year, as well. Accountability is a big part of success when trying something new. Our discussion will provide a framework for either updating a friend/accountability partner or journaling as a method of accountability and then setting new goals for next steps in your journey.
